At Modaselle, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury purchase, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for all eligible fashion items in their original, unworn condition. Please ensure all security tags remain attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our customer care team to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the item securely in its original packaging, including all designer boxes, dust bags, and authenticity cards that were included with your order.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 3 business days of receiving your RA.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our specialists verify the item's condition and security tags, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
